The Group has combined country's best brains on this subject on one platform and it has provided a great opportunity to them for performing with huge freedom to the best of their skills. The composition of the team is as under:

Prof J. Behari is a leading environmentalist with his name figuring in international directory of distinguished leaderships. He has been a fellow member and adjunct faculty at University of Michigan U.S. He has been awarded honorary degree of DSc at Ansted University UK in Bioelectromagnetics. He is also a recipient of fellowship from Japanese Association of Cultivation Sciences and British Council. He has been a past chairman of IEEE ED MTT and is a senior member of Commission K of URSI. Prof. Behari is the Chairman of Cogent EMR Solutions Limited and the company is touching new heights under his able leadership.

Mr. V. P. Sandlas is a distinguished scientist from Space Research community and has worked very closely with renowned scientists of the country. He has been chief of R & D at DRDO, Project Head of ISRO and has held many senior positions in similar organizations. He has lead projects like PSLV, AGNI and has also been associated with Indian Missile projects. He is currently working as Chief technical consultant to Cogent EMR Solutions Limited.

Dr. Vijay S. Tripathi is a renowned scientist with a rich DRDO background with expertise in development of Anti Radiation Fabric for Defense services. Dr. Tripathi has joined the company as President Technical on full time assignment. His core area within the organization is product development, commercial production, vendor development and supply chain management.

Col. V. S. Tanwar is a DRDO scientist from early days of Cyber laws making in India and he has been involved in many space programs as well as signals projects for Indian Defense services. In early days of mobile telephony, he was closely involved with TATA, BSNL, VSNL and many private operators for establishing wireless networks in India. As technical consultant to Cogent EMR Solutions, he has been involved in developing processes and systems for audits and shielding.
